These Terms govern access to and use of the SchoolReporter application. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and use only accounts they are authorised to access. Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts.
Schools are responsible for creating appropriate user roles, controlling access and ensuring that information uploaded to the Platform is accurate and lawfully obtained.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
Schools remain responsible for student records, results, fees, attendance, admissions, communications and other information entered into SchoolReporter.
SchoolReporter provides technology for managing and displaying this information but does not independently determine academic results, admission decisions, school fees or disciplinary actions.
Applicable subscription charges, transaction fees and payment terms will be disclosed before payment. Payments processed by third-party providers may also be subject to the provider’s terms.
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already earned for services provided are not refundable.
SchoolReporter and its software, branding, designs and related materials remain the property of SchoolReporter or its licensors. Users retain ownership of information they lawfully upload but grant SchoolReporter permission to process it solely for providing, securing and improving the services.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failure, hosting problems, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
The Platform may integrate with payment gateways, messaging services, video-conferencing tools or other third-party services. SchoolReporter is not responsible for the independent operation, content or policies of those providers.
We may restrict or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, fails to pay applicable charges, creates a security risk or uses the Platform unlawfully.
Upon termination, access to information may be restricted or removed in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement, retention requirements and lawful school instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, SchoolReporter will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate school-provided information, unauthorised account use, third-party services, internet failure or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before commencing formal proceedings.
